What you pay for

How quoting works in practice.

You aren't buying a list of features — you're buying the workflow your yard already wants. Two screens from the platform that the per-asset price unlocks:

Pricing FAQ

  • What counts as a powered asset?

    Anything with an engine or motor -- skid steers, lifts, light towers, dozers, generators. Trailers, attachments, and other non-powered inventory bill at the non-powered rate.

  • Can I switch bundles later?

    Yes. The Service + Inspection bundle is a strict subset of Full Platform, so upgrading is a config flag, not a migration.

  • Is there a setup fee?

    There can be one if your historical data needs heavy cleanup. We quote that separately during onboarding so the per-asset price stays clean. (Placeholder -- pre-launch we'll firm this up.)

  • How does annual billing work?

    Pay annually for a discount on the monthly per-asset rate. (Discount percentage finalized before launch.)

  • What's not included?

    Telematics hardware (we pass through the cost, or you use what you already have) and third-party software outside the platform. Everything in the bundle itself -- support, upgrades, multi-tenant isolation, daily backups -- is included.
