Where AI lives in CloudERM (and where it doesn't)
The current wave of AI in rental software invests on the outbound-sales side — permit scrapers, automated BDR pipelines, cold-email generators. CloudERM goes the other way. Our AI lives on the operator side of the platform: Inspection Analysis grades inspection photos and flags new damage, and the CloudERM connector for Claude answers plain-English questions from live data, read-only — both today — with rate recommendations, in-app natural-language search, and demand prediction on the roadmap.
